    我是一个普通的中国人，74岁。我有一项发明，名为人造土壤技术。我相信，应用这项简单技术，能解决中国和世界的许多重大问题，如粮食自给问题、环境保护问题、水资源保护问题、扩大劳动力就业问题、改善气候条件问题、局部核污染后恢复农业生产问题、保护生物多样性问题、实现8大良性循环体系，如此等等。
    我愿意把这项技术献给全世界。请5国驻华使馆文化参赞，即美国、英国、以色列、新加坡和瑞典的官员，把我的光碟转交给有关单位和记者,供文化传播，科学研究和学术交流之用。

A letter to cultural counselors of five country's E-in China
I am a ordinary Chinese 74 years old. I have a invention named Artificial Soil Technology. I believe that using this simple technology people can solve a lots of big problems such as self-sufficiency in grain, environmental protection, protection of water resources, enlarge the labor employment, improve the climate condition, renovating agriculture after local nuclear pollution, protection of the biodiversity, realize 8 big systems of favorable circulation and so on in China and the World.
I would like my technology to dedicate to the whole world and please cultural counselors of five embassies in China including America, Britain, Israel, Singapore and Sweden, and take my disks to forward to relate organization and journalist for cultural dissemination
and scientific research and academic exchange.
