The road map was written by CAS which represents leading academic ideas or mainstream academic ideas in our scientific world and reflects up-to-date tendency of scientific and technological development in the world .It puts forward 8 large systems and 22 strategic issues and describes targets of science and technology in 2030,2040 and 2050 as well as relates to all respects including energy , resources , materials , information , ecological-high-value agriculture , health protection , space and ocean , different kind of monitoring systems as well as public security in our country. It’s advanced and far-sighted without any doubt.
This road map has already arranged tasks of science and technology in our country up to 2050. In 42 years total investment of our nation in science development will maybe arrive at 42 trillion Yuan（Chinese dollar）including national , local , enterprise and institutions , even private investments.
But I think that this road map seems suitable for every country especially developed countries which don’t respond directly to the four big problems in China.
For the convenience of discussion in the following issues, I call the leading academic ideas or mainstream academic ideas as the mainstream school and my academic ideas as the soil school which has only one person I. Proportion between the two schools is temporarily 1：10000000（∑ people）.I hope that during the process of discussion more and more people can agree with my academic ideas. If there is one who stands with me together and then the number of our soil school will enlarge once, yet the number of the mainstream school does not change much. |
