| 本文依据中国粮食不能自给的现实，作者告诫，当中国粮食自给率下降到 80% 以下，粮食缺口超过 1 亿吨时，世界产粮大国可能对中国使用粮食武器，作者主张解决中国粮食自给问题的根本途径是增加我国的耕地面积，而增加耕地面积要靠推广人造土壤技术和发展人造土壤产业来实现。 原文写于 2005.9.21 ( 参阅 R-17) 。 |

Currently, China is facing the reality that our grain cannot be self-sufficient. The author warns that the world grain superpowers will use grain as a weapon towards China when our degree of self-sufficiency in grain drops below 80% and shortage of grain exceeds 100 million tons. To solve this problem, the fundamental approach is to develop the artificial soil technology and industry in order to increase our cultivated land area.
