我们要珍惜这20年好时光
We need to cherish the valuable 20 years

面对我国的 粮食安全形势，长远计， 为了防范和抵御世界产粮大国使用粮食武器，我们要特别 珍惜 上苍留给我们这 20 年的宝贵时间，在 2020 年前完成人造土壤技术中间试验 ，实施 20 个 人造土壤技术中间试验方案中的大部分， 总费用约 200 亿元人民币。其中，第 20 方案“ RZT-20 试验”是重点试验方案。
20 年之后，人们对 人造土壤技术 的认识提高了，我国的耕地更加紧缺了，土地供需矛盾更加突出了，同时我国的经济实力也具备了，于是我们开创了人类历史的先河，用 200 年的时间，造 20 亿亩耕地，把我国的土地资源量翻一番，达到 40 亿亩，使我国的农业基础真正得到巩固，彻底解决我国人民的吃饭问题和环保问题，为中国人民和世界人民做出应有的贡献。 |

Facing the grain security situation in China and to resist the grain superpowers using grain as a weapon in the long run, we need to cherish the valuable 20 years ahead of us. We should try to finish the pilot test on the artificial soil technology and carry out most of the 20 pilot test programs on the artificial soil technology at the total cost of about RMB ￥ 20 billion before 2020. The 20 th program “ RZT-20 ” will be the focus of the test programs.
20 years later, the understanding of the artificial soil technology will be improved and the cultivated land of our country will become scarcer and the demand and supply conflict of land will be even more striking. By that time, we will be equipped with the economic strength so that we can open another chapter in human history by making 2 billion mu artificial cultivated land in 200 years to double the land resource of China , making it to be 4 billion mu. In the end, our agricultural base will be consolidated; the food problem and environmental problem of China will be completely resolved, making contributions to the Chinese people and people around the world. |
