| 2002.8.12 我曾经给您写过一封信，属于公务。这次我给您写信起因于一篇报道。 2009.6.10 中科院发布《创新 2050 ：科技革命与中国的未来》，发表在次日的《人民日报》上 ( 记者：赵永新 ) ，在同一版上您介绍说：“近 60 名院士在内的 300 多位科学家，组成 18 个课题组，力求理清至 2050 年影响我国现代化进程重点领域，重大科学问题，关键核心技术及实现途径，前瞻布局，重点突破。”您还说以后每 5 年要修订一次。 |

| On August 12, 2002, I wrote a letter to you in a business manner. This time, I am writing to you because I saw a report. On June 10, 2009, the Chinese Academy of Sciences published “ Innovation 2050: scientific revolution and China ' s future ” , which was published on “ People ' s Daily ” the next day (by reporter Zhao Yongxin). On the same edition, you introduced that more than 300 scientists including nearly 60 academicians had been divided into 18 groups in order to determine clearly the important aspects of science and technology, important scientific problems, key technologies and the measures to realize the goals with a forward layout and key breakthroughs. These will influence the Chinese modernization process up to 2050. You also said that it would be revised every five years. |
