| 我对 HP 的回报与承诺如下 ：我愿意把我的研究方向转移到为 HP 拓宽业务领域，实现建筑垃圾和城市生活垃圾全部再生利用和资源化，甚至扩展到工业、采矿、农业、牧业、林业、渔业等国民经济的方方面面，真正实现生产与生活，人类社会与自然界的 8 大良性循环 ( 见 F-076) 。我的一切研究成果，包括 2 亩人造耕地试验结果在内，其知识产权都属于 HP ，可以申请专利。鉴于此，为了避免法律纠纷， HP 接纳我为你们的员工，象征性地每月发给我不要超过 1000 元的工资，帮助我解决不要超过 10 平方米 的住处兼作办公室，条件是安静和明亮。这样，我的一切研究成果都属于职务发明， HP 申请专利就顺理成章了。 HP 帮助我做 2 亩人造耕地试验，这就意味着我欠 HP 2 公斤 黄金的投入，情谊我留下，而 2 公斤 黄金我迟早要还，因为我的困难是暂时的。 HP 能够帮助我渡过这道难关，就等于我站在巨人的肩膀上，能看到人造土壤产业的光明前程，我早已把“土业成”三个字当成我的口头禅了。 |

| My return and promise to HP : I am willing to shift my research direction to expanding the business of HP, realizing the full recycling of construction waste and urban domestic garbage and expanding it to all walks of business, such as industry, mining, agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry and fishing to realize the 8 favorable circulations between production and living, human society and the nature (Refer to F-076). The intellectual property rights of all of mine research achievements, including the test results of the 2 mu artificial cultivated land will belong to HP and patents can be applied for. In view of this, to avoid legal disputes, please accept me as your employee and pay me symbolically less than 1,000 yuan/m and provide me with a living place not more than 10m 2 (as my office at the same time)which is quite and bright. If so, all my research achievements will be called on-duty invention and it will be reasonable for HP to apply for any patents. If HP supports me in making the 2 mu artificial cultivated land, I will owe HP 2 kg gold investment. I will treasure the friendship from HP, but I will repay the 2 kg gold sooner or later because my difficulty is temporary. If HP can help me go through the difficulty, I would imagine the bright future of the AST standing on the shoulder of a giant. “ Tuyecheng ” has already become the pet phrase of mine. |
