    我已经准备1万元作为特别奖金。如果谁发现有哪位中国的科学家，在公开的场合对我的学术观点表示支持或反对，我将给发现者和那位科学家各自1000元，以资鼓励。在此，我提供我写的《土业论》，即《人造土壤技术三套系列文献》，以便中国的科学家了解我的学术观点。
这件事我就拜托我的13亿同胞了，一定要帮我的忙，因为对于我的学术观点，中国的科学家就是不肯发表意见。中国有多少科学家我不知道，我设定为100万。

I have put a premium on someone who has discovered any Chinese scientist who supports or opposes my academic ideas publically including its article, lecture even speech. Discoverer and that scientist will be separately given by me 1000 yuan. Total amount is 10000 yuan as prize. Here, I put 《Theory of soil》 written by me, same as 《Three series of literatures of artificial soil technology》to understand my academic idea for Chinese scientists.
I have requested that thing to do 1.3 billion of my compatriots and hope them helping me because Chinese scientists never say anything about my academic ideas. I dot know how many scientists there are in China. I suppose there 1 million of scientists in China.(to be proofread)
