Mass media has originally served the people, which is the masses microphone and amplifier. My《Theory of soil》,same as《Three series of literatures of artificial soil technology》,which had separately been contributed to 18 mainstream media twice from 2004.4.19 to 2005.2.2, but up to now no one adopt, to untread my contribution is the best result. Reason is that my academic point of view differs from mainstream academic point of view and mainstream society, so mass media change to disseminate the masses. The principle of media is its impersonality and reality. For example, if medium have report real situation of our agriculture to make Chinese people know that problem of our country is very serious, thus which will greatly restrain that the land to be sold and real estate to be developed in large scale to protect plough land. However, just the other way medium said “8 successive harvest”,“our grain reserve is greatly over the line of the world recognized grain safety”, not reporting if our degree of self-sufficiency in grain keeps over 95%. When reporting grain output medium have actually erasure took out that Chinese grain output in 1998 reached unprecedented record of 512 millions tons. So thus its function is that promote and praise land to be sold? in large scale, real estate to be developed. You know today is peace age Chinese food seems no problem because we can import huge quantity of grain (soybean and edible oil) to support domestic grain supply. If there are big war and famine in the world we can not import enough grain and ordinary people are on short commons and we carry out again “grain to be limited”policy, up to that moment our society will be difficult to stability.
