    现在，我国的粮食自给率是多少，我手中没准确的数字。“十一五”期间，提出要确保粮食自给率在95﹪以上，而“十二五”的规划中就不再提粮食自给率。中国的长期规划说，到2030年预计产粮5.04亿吨，消费5.7亿吨，缺口0.66亿吨，15亿人口，粮食自给率88﹪，如此等等。我坚决主张中国的粮食自给率必须达到100﹪以上，这才能确保粮食安全，99﹪都不行，必须是超过100﹪，这是因为我们是世界第一人口大国，除了美国和巴西倾注全部国力能养活中国外，其余国家都没有办法救助中国。人们可以问一问美国和巴西，他们能够这样做吗。我想，别说救助，在我们困难的时候，他们不使用粮食武器，我们就谢天谢地了。

Today, how much is our degree of self-sufficiency in grain, here I have not collect exact figure. In “Eleventh Five Years Plan”says that to insure over 95% of degree of self-sufficiency in grain in China, In “Ttwelveth Five Years Plan”says nothing. In Chinese long term plan says that up to 2030 we will estimate grain output 504 millions tons, consumptive grain 570 millions tons, shortage of grain 66 millions tons, population 1.5 billions, 88% of degree of self-sufficiency in grain and etc. I insistence that Chinese degree of self-sufficiency in grain must reach over 100%, 99% has been not, it must exceed over 100%, because we are the first big population country in the world everyone can not help the food problem in China except US and Brazil. People can ask US and Brazil that if they can help us, I think not to say help, when China will meat problem of food, they will nonuse grain as weapon, that I thank them more.(to be proofread)
