    我还主张，我国的粮食生产能力必须提高到10亿吨、15亿吨、甚至20亿吨，这样才能确保粮食安全，才能与我们的大国地位相称，才能让我们在世界的大舞台上，发挥世界大国的作用。要实现这个目标就得应用我的人造土壤技术，把我国的土地资源增加到40亿亩，平均亩产粮食250-500千克，就能实现我国的粮食生产能力达到10亿吨、15亿吨、甚至20亿吨的目标，这一点我能做到。

I have also maintained that Chinese production grain capacity must reach 1 billion tons, 1.5 billion tons even 2 billion tons to insure grain safety which are commensurate with the position of our superpower and bring greater role in the world. To realize that target we should apply my artificial soil technology increasing our land resource up to 4 billion mu if per a mu average productive grain 250-500㎏, so that our production grain capacity will reach 1 billion tons, 1.5 billion tons even 2 billion tons.
