There are have been four big problems in China which are problem of self-sufficiency in grain, problem of protection environment, problem of shortage of water resource and problem of hundred millions of job. These four problems have already come and will become the big impediment existing and developing of China. However for these four problems Chinese scientists have no method to solve completely, Chinese scientists have already wended impasse to understand these problems not exploiting new scientific ideas and not having revolutionary innovation and only seeking presented scientific answer abroad same as high technology. In China hundred billions RMB yuan(￥) of scientific outlay can be put but their result is most of money to be wasted in the end the Chinese four big problems are still four big problems even more rather than before.(to be proofread)
