?The function of artificial soil mechanism lies in that 5 billion tons of residual mineral after ore dressing (except radioactive matter and heavy metals), 1 billion tons of solid wastes produced by industry and construction and coal ash (except harmful matter), about 1 billion tons of human and animal dung and urine, straw, organic rubbish etc. (except harmful matter) in order to balance 5-6 billion tons of soil erosion. So, theoretically the speed of soil erosion in our country will be lowered close to zero and the tendency of natural environmental deterioration in our country will be reversed into renewing development. As long as we hold the line, people will see the future and hope of natural environmental protection in our nation.
