    解决人类生存与发展的重大问题，需要做下述工作。首先从中国开始，当20年后中国财力具备时，以强大的资本为后盾，以数以亿计的劳动力大军为主体，便开始实施一项超级巨型工程。第一，用20年的时间将中国水资源短缺问题和环境保护问题基本解决；第二，用200年的时间将中国的农业问题，特别是粮食自给问题和环境保护问题彻底解决；第三，用2000年的时间恢复中国的绿色植被，改善中国这个世界局部地区的气候条件，至此，中国的工程量告一段落。
    全世界再用2000年的时间把各国（假设那时依然存在国家）的工程量最后做完，包括非洲热带草原、撒哈拉沙漠、澳大利亚沙漠、美国落基山脉、美国西部地区、阿拉伯半岛及印度-巴基斯坦沙漠地区等。我们不是在消灭沙漠，因为沙漠也是一种环境，而是控制沙漠的规模和恢复生态系统。这样计算下来，使全球恢复到人类史前的生态功能和改善全球性气候条件，需要花4000年的时间，到公元6000年才能完成，大约需要200代人的奋斗才能完全实现。工作量摆在这里，下一步就看我们的决心和毅力了。人造土壤技术要存在10000年。

My planning schedule

In order to solve the important problems relating to the existence and development of human beings we need to do the following works. Firstly, beginning from China in 20years when China has enough financial capital, China will begin to carry out a super huge project. First step ：in 20 years the problem of shortage of water resource and the problem of environmental protection will be solved primarily. Second step ：in 200 years the problem of Chinese agriculture especially self-sufficiency in grain will be solved completely. Third step ：In 2000 years Chinese green vegetation will be regained completely and the climate condition in China will be improved. At that moment the Chinese project will be finished.
In another 2000 years all of the projects in the world will be finished（suppose at that moment country will still exist）including African Savanna, Sahara desert, Australian desert, American Rockies, American western area, Arab peninsula and Indian- Pakistan desert etc. So I say that the World need to spend about 4000 years in renovating ecological environment and improving climate condition to the situation similar to that before New Stone Age. It will continue until 6000 A.D. which will take about 200 generations of people to work at the project. These are our tasks and to achieve our goal will depend on our determination and fortitude. Artificial Soil Technology will exist for 10000 years in the world.
