我极力主张，应用密闭回收技术，把人畜大小便运送到人造土壤工厂，做人造土壤的原料，变废为宝，减少对环境和水源的污染，事情虽小其意义十分重大，这就叫做与传统观念决裂。要想实现这一点，第一是立法，法律明文规定不允许将人畜大小便排放到环境中，第二是加强对国民的教育，让民众自觉自愿遵守，养成良好的生活习惯，形成良好的社会公德，给全世界的人民做出榜样，让中国成为世界上最清洁的地方。

I have utmost maintained that using artificial soil technology dung and urine from human an animal to be put into artificial soil factory as artificial soil material which can be changed into treasure resource so thus to reduce water and environment pollution. Although this thing is a small but its significance also calls the break from traditional ideas. To realize it first need legislation proclaimed in writing not to allow dung and urine from human and animal into natural environment, second need enhancing civil education let people observe law and nurturance of life habit and form of good social morality, as a model for world people and China will be the most cleanly country.(to be proofread)
