中外最普遍的处理垃圾的方法是，采取填埋和焚烧。我认为这两个方法都是不可取的，理由是浪费资源和对环境的污染。我还是主张，应用人造土壤技术，把各种垃圾，有害物质除外，都作为人造土壤的原料，变废为宝，实现8大良性循环。

General way of rubbish to be deal with to fill in and burn in China and the world. I think that method is not advisable because of wasting resources and polluting environment. I have also maintained that using artificial soil technology to make a kinds of wastes except harmful substances into artificial soil material as treasure resource to 8 big systems of favorable circulation.(to be proofread)
