World average annual precipitation is about 800 mm. In China, it is 630 mm. gross precipitation is 6.24 trillion cubic meters. Although we are slightly lower, our country possesses 2.8 trillion cubic meters of water resource a year. If we have managed very well it is enough to supply water for industrial, agricultural and domestic demand.
