The resource of water will carefully be executed to protect from being polluted, which is fundamental way and using artificial soil technology and engineering agricultural technique the fundamental way will be realized including all of water resources such as river, lake(except inland lake),ground water to make water quality will resume very high like before human historic situation and will directly drink without any treating.
