Chinese scientific circles by representative Chinese Academy of Science has a wrong impression relating to key scientific programs which is be think of world advanced level and scientific programs of developed countries such as America, Europe and Japan to write Chinese edition plan of science and technology. For example, on June 10,2009,the Chinese Academy of Sciences released “Innovation 2050: Scientific revolution and China's future”, in which series of reports described up to 2050 the road map of developing science and technology in China which were divorced from Chinese reality. Because to Chinese situation the most important programs are problem of agriculture, problem of environmental protection, problem of shortage of water resource and hundreds millions of job opportunities which can be solved together by artificial soil technology not to wait a few time say nothing of remaining to our progeniture.(to be proofread)
