    我曾经两次去海南。一次是旅游，另一次是专程拜访一位种子专家。可惜的是，这位院士当时不在海南，我又赶赴湖南长沙，也被他的助手谢绝了。我这次去海南，唯一的目的就是做人造土壤技术的中间试验。

I have been to Hainan island twice. One is traveling, another is to visit a seed expert, but regrettably this academician had not been there, then I went to Changsha in Hunan province to be refused by his assistant.
