    应用人造土壤技术，使得彻底调整我国的经济结构，成为必要和可能。第一、把出口型经济转变成内需型经济，重点是搞好本国市场。第二、把消耗资源性投资转变成增加资源性投资，投资的重点是国内。外贸在美国的经济比重中，大约只占7%，日本和韩国大约占27%，中国大约占24%。中日韩比重过高，必然要导致对国外市场的高度依赖，风险很大。中国本身是一个世界级的大市场，2003年我提出，每年人造耕地1000万亩，总投资10000亿元人民币，调动2亿人参加，就当时的中国经济规模而言，这是何等大胆的设想。

Using artificial soil technology, it is the necessary and possibility regulating our economic structure completely. Firstly, we need to change an export economy into domestic demand economy and make well domestic market . Secondly, we need to change an investment from resource consumption into resource increase and put an investment emphases in our country. Export trade rate in US is about 7%, Japan and S. Korea are about 27%, China is about 24%. Because China, Japan and S. Korea have the high rates of export trade, they depend on international markets more and more, so risks are large. China has a super large domestic market. In 2003 I said that to make 10 million mu of artificial cultivated land, total investment of 1000 billion￥, 200 million labor power take part in this program every year. Seeing Chinese economic size at that moment, this saying is what kind of a great imagine.
