    扩大内需是我国经济发展的原动力。应用人造土壤技术，等于在国内开辟一个新的巨大的市场，出现一个新的巨大的行业，展现出一个新的巨大的投资需求，这就叫做我国的土业。2003年我曾提出，每年投资10000亿元人民币，造1000万亩人造耕地，至少需要2亿劳动力参加，按照2000年金本币值计算，对我国经济增长的拉动，要远远超过目前房地产开发和城镇化对经济的拉动。而且，前者是资源增加型的，是可持续的，后者是资源消耗型的，是不可持续的。

Increasing domestic demand is the original power to develop our economy. Using artificial soil technology means to inaugurate a new and large domestic market and appear a new and large industry and open up a new and large investment demand, this is called soil industry of our country. In 2003, I have ever put that to invest 1000 billions yuan and make 10 million mu of artificial cultivated land and at least 200 millions of people join. Account with 2000 golden price, the huge investment pulls economic increase far surpass more than current real estate and urbanization. And the former is increasing resources and continuable, the latter is decreasing resources and uncontinuable.
