Although the time to appear ripe old age in China is earlier than to be expected, but Chinese advantage of manpower resource is still in existence, its total manpower is more than European and American. Manpower in essential factors of production is a main body and the most active factor. We need to take the advantage of young manpower age and bring into their potential. I said several times that using artificial soil technology I can put at least 200 millions of manpower job opportunities for rural workers and lower professional people, I believe that is true but not brag.
