我申请“一种人造土壤技术”专利，其目的有三：
1）通过专利局对中外文献的大量检索，确定了人造土壤技术的首创性，而专利局能在两年内顺利批下来，也左证了这一点。
2）为中国人争得了发明权，防止其知识产权落入外国人之手。我曾多次重申，人造土壤技术一旦成熟形成产业并在我国得到成功的发展，我便把它献给我的祖国和人民，我不图任何个人名利。
3）为企业家和投资者留下足够大的利润空间，为科学技术的发展提供一个更加广阔的天地。

I have obtained the patent right《A Kind of Manufacturing Technology of Artificial Soil》because of Three reasons
1、To determine its initiation through on-line retrieval for Chinese and Foreign literatures by patent office. Inother hand my invention had been patented in two years also to prove my patent belongs to primitive innovation.
2、Authority of invention is wrangled for Chinese people to prevent intellectual property rights fall into foreign person. I have reiterated many times that： Once artificial soil technology will be mature to form property and succeed development in China and then I will send it to my motherland and people as well as I don’t want to get any individual fame and gain.
3、To keep enough profit space for entrepreneurs and investors and then wide field in development of science and technology for scientists and experts.
