如果我们把“推广人造土壤技术和发展人造土壤产业”作为我们的基本国策，每年人造耕地1000万亩，预计投资1万亿元人民币。这就是说，以人造土壤产业为龙头，在国内又开辟出一个新的巨大的市场，不旦能解决2亿多人的就业问题，而且能带动相关产业的发展，扩大内需，拉动经济增长。1000万亩耕地是个什么概念，它相当于我国10多个中等县耕地的总和，每年可生产500万吨粮食，能解决1000万人的吃饭问题。届时我国将大大降低对国际市场和世界产粮大国的依赖程度，何乐而不为。

| If we put “popularization of artificial soil technology and development of artificial soil industry” as the basic national policy to make 10 million mu of artificial cultivated land with 1 trillion Yuan (RMB) as investment every year, the artificial soil industry will become a leading industry to create and open up a new huge domestic market in China and bring the rapid development of related industries and provide 200 million of job opportunities at least as well as increase domestic demand in order to pull up economic growth. What does 10 million mu of artificial cultivated land mean? It equals the total natural cultivated land in more than 10 medium counties in China. Meanwhile it means production of 5 million tons of grain every year to provide food for 10 million Chinese people. At that time, we will greatly decrease the dependence on international market and superpower of grain. Why are we hesitating yet? |
