After human beings will emigrate to new stars from the Earth, all outside conditions will be changed to some degree, or greatly such as gravity field, magnetic field, radiation, sunlight, cycle of sunlight, temperature, air component, atmospheric pressure and so on. We have known very little about the effects of those changes on humans in regard of physiology, I am even more ignorant in this regard. Here I am only trying to say something on how to solve the problem of cyclic use of food, drinks and air for human beings after they emigrate to new stars. When people arrive at a new star, the first thing is to solve the problem of energy. Secondly the problem of environment should be solved, i.e. a close, cyclic and repetitive use system must be created. Then the test of plants by using artificial soil technology is the most important task and we can not afford failing in the test. Success of the test means it is hopeful to emigrate to new stars and failure means it is hopeless to emigrate to new stars. Because we can bring limited things with us to the new stars, the consumable goods can not last for a long time. It goes without saying that people can not exist and live without air, water and food.
We can refer to how to solve the problem of cyclic use of food, drink and air for people during the astronavigation to do the test of planting.
