My Web： Platform And Bridge

    我的网站，其宗旨虽然是以宣传和传播人造土壤技术为主，但是我更愿意把它办成，学术交流的平台和增进友谊的桥梁。我的网站不是政治斗争的场所，不得登载反现实、反政府、反党和反社会主义的文章，也不得散布低级、下流、黄色和污秽的信息。
我爱我的祖国和人民，我拥护政府和党的领导，我对我国的未来和我们的事业充满着必胜的信心，我国现在的形势，是自1840年以来最好的。20年后（从2000年算起），我国的经济总量（GDP）将翻两番，如果没有这个大背景和大前提，谈何实施我的人造土壤技术，又怎么能从根本上彻底地解决中国人的吃饭问题。正因为如此，我与社会各界，在基本目标上是一致的，都是想如何把中国的事情办好，所不同的是，在解决问题的方式方法上不一样而已，这是允许的，也是必要的。我们在解决重大问题时，往往有多个预案，常言道“狡兔有三窟”，况且人乎。
    我在R-06-2-2003.5.17（即：人造土壤技术阅读材料-浅谈人造土壤战略-2页-2003.5.17写作）一文中写道：“我主张《土地资源不是有限的》，是可以再生的，是可以在工厂的条件下大规模、高速度制造的。这就与土地资源是有限的传统观念发生了根本的对立。假如人们接受了我的主张，我们可以设想一下，那些建立在土地资源是有限的基础之上，所做出的种种发展战略研究，诸如农业、环保、治沙、采矿、城市规划、产业结构调整等所有的论断是不是要重新改写”。而6年之后，2009年6月11日人民日报发表了，由中国科学院300多名专家学者（包括近60位院士）编写的《创新2050：科技革命与中国的未来》系列报告，为我国描绘了面向2050年科技发展路线图，它的八大体系是否也要重新改写。
这些都是学术观点上的不同，解决的办法是“百花齐放，百家争鸣”，而不能运用政治斗争或者阶级斗争的方法去解决。在当今的现代社会，人民群众对国家大事表现出某种关心，这是好事，这是所欢迎的，应该给他们一个表达的机会。
尽管如此，在这里我还要再三再四地重复，如果我没有彻底解决中国重大问题的办法，我决不开口谈中国的问题，更不能说三道四，那样的玩笑开不得，那样的儿戏做不得，那是叫外国人看我们中国人的笑话，那会使人民产生恐慌心理，给政府找麻烦，这样的傻事我不干，那才是一个政治问题呢。
    在此，我还要重复地说，如果有谁能证明，我的办法解决不了中国的重大问题，并让我心服口服。到那时，不用别人说，我自己会自动前往公安局自首，我就是一个“四反分子”，我愿意听从人民的裁判，因为我给国家和人民带来了损失。
所有这些表明，我的心胸是坦荡的，我敢于正视我国的问题，解剖我国的现状，其目的是彻底地解决问题和从根本上改变现状。我要把我的网站办成，学术交流的平台和增进友谊的桥梁，使更多有潜在前途的学术观点，得以早日与大家见面，也都是为了这个目的。
    我的网站，可能是世界上点击率最低的网站之一，但是它的质量，我争取做到是世界上最好的网站之一，如同英国的《nature》杂志一样。

My Web, its aim is to greatly spread and disseminate Artificial Soil Technology, but rather I would like it to become a platform for exchanging academic views and a bridge for promoting friendship between people. My Web is never a place for political struggle and political controversy, and I don＇t permit it to carry some articles against the realities, government, party and socialism, and to disseminate some information with low-grade, nasty, pornographic and filthy contents.
I love my motherland and people very much, I support the government and leaders of the Party, I am sure that our future and career will succeed. I believe that today is the best period of our countries situations since 1840. In 20 years（from 2000）, our economical sum（GDP）will be quadrupled. If there was not this big background in our country, there would be no way to carry out my technology and solve the food problem of the Chinese people. Just in this case, I like the others, have the same target, that is how to solve Chinese problems. We all hope to do the best and quickly. The difference between us is different method, and this is permitted and necessary. Everybody knows that we have to keep several programs at hand for large projects, as the proverb goes “狡兔有三窟”（in English it means that a sly and clever rabbit has three caves）, let alone people.
On R-06-2-2003.5.17（即：人造土壤技术阅读材料-浅谈人造土壤战略-2页-2003.5.17写作）and R-07-2-2003.5.17（also：Readings- A Brief Insight into the Strategy of Artificial Soil-Page 2-2003.5.17 to be written ）I have written that ：I maintain that land resources are not limited, but can be regenerated and can be produced on a large scale and at high speed under factory conditions, which opposes sharply to the traditional concept of land resources being limited. If my proposal is accepted, will all those inferences with regard to the development strategy based on land resources being limited, such as agriculture, environment protection, the treatment of sand problems, mining, city planning and the industrial structural adjustment be revised?? 6 years has passed since than. Series of reports《创新2050：科技革命与中国的未来》系列报告<Innovation 2050: Scientific revolutions and China’s future > were written by more than 300 authors from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, including nearly 60 academicians, to describe up to 2050 the road map of developing science and technology in China including? 8 large systems.
My question is if those important reports will be rewritten again？
Those are different academic views, and the correct method and way to solve them are to let everybody say and discuss and argue rather than political attack or class struggle .In present society vast people concern about great things about our country, and they should be given opportunities to express their views.
Even so, here I repeat once, twice, three and four times that if I have not a method to solve the serious Chinese problems completely, I will never say anything. I know greatly this is no trifling matter. If I am not serious, I will be laughed at by foreigners, making the people suffer? horrible psychological panics, making trouble to the government. I will never do such a foolish thing because it will be a real political event then.
Here I repeat my views again if someone can prove that my academic ideas cannot solve the serious Chinese problems completely and make me convinced, then I will go to the police station voluntarily to give myself up, saying：“ I am a criminal and I would like to obey the people’ trial because I have caused loss to our country and the people”.
All these indicate I am selfless and I dare to face the problems in our country and analyze our realities, my target is to solve the problems and change the situation.
I am going to make My Web become a platform for exchanging academic views and a bridge for promoting friendship between people to cause more potential academic views to be seen for everybody.
My Web may be one of the webs to be visited the least, it will try to be one of the best like《nature》in England.
